OVERVIEW
The Master of Business Administration degree offers advanced managerial and leadership training for men and women with the aim of equipping them for enhanced impact in the areas of business. In this program, students become part of a diverse and global community that engages in depth with vital issues pertaining to business and nonprofit leadership. Together, students interact with the scholarship of leading academics and practitioners who are engaging with a variety of contemporary issues.

Graduates of our Master of Business Administration degree will have an advanced credential that may provide further opportunities in the workplace and pursue college-level teaching. Students will be especially effective in leadership and administration roles in a variety of settings.

Goals
Upon completion of the Master of Business Administration program, the graduate should be able to:
- Recognize and have a deep understanding of core business concepts, theories and principles including finance, marketing, technology, and business operations.
- Apply and analyze acquired business knowledge to identify and solve complex business challenges, including ethical and social responsibility and put forward worthwhile solutions.
- Critically examine and critique innovative business strategies, the business decision-making process, and business processes and goals.
- Synthesize different business elements using data and technology to evaluate the feasibility of different business solutions, identifying patterns, opportunities, risk and opportunity costs.
- Understand the influence and effects of globalization on business and recognize and grasp diverse cultural theories and contexts.
- Conduct and understand the ramifications of research to include data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and interpretation of innovative business practices.
- Communicate information, ideas, and strategies clearly and persuasively in written and oral form.

Global
Students enter our MBA program from various parts of the world, expanding perspectives and creating a diverse experience for our student body.
Multi-Denominational
Although distinctly evangelical, our students and professors come from diverse backgrounds to provide an enriching environment for classroom discussion, enabling students and professors to learn from each other.
16-Week Format
Our MBA classes are taught in a traditional 16-week format either on campus or online to allow working students to participate in classes from various parts of the world. The traditional pace allows working students to finish their degree within two years.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
The MBA program admission requirements below must be met before an application is considered complete.
Applicants must possess:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. (Provisional admittance may be granted to individuals who do not meet this criteria if competency can be shown.)
Applicants must submit:
- Application for admission
- $75 nonrefundable application fee
- Official transcripts from all institutions leading to and awarding the applicant’s bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and all postbaccalaureate study
- An official transcript is one that SFBC&TS receives unopened in an envelope sealed by the former institution and that bears the official seal of the college or university.
- Recommendation form. The reference letter should serve as a pastoral or ministry reference, outlining program responsibilities, character, and work ethic.
- Interview. All applicants will undergo an interview to learn more about them and confirm suitability for the MBA program.
