Dr. Lewis is an ambitious man who obtained his education in the United State and England. He holds several degrees and advanced diplomas. With these degrees, he has become an accomplished motivational speaker, family counselor, event planner and coordinator of note.  Dr. Lewis is a seasoned and greatly respected presenter, speaking in numerous and varied forums. As a speaker, Dr. Lewis captivates and inspires audience with renewed vision, energy and compassion.

Dr. Lewis serves as a member of the Dynamic Leaders Board of Directors and the School Advisory Board. Dr. Lewis has been named “Professor of the Year” for two consecutive years. Dr. Lewis’s important contributions to a myriad of boards and committees are a testament to his drive and passion for affecting positive change; being wholly committed to providing individuals with the necessary skills to enable them to excel.  Dr. Lewis has a longstanding passion for excellence in Christian ministry and academic leadership. He teaches by example, providing pragmatic ideas and techniques that bring people’s aspirations into reach.

With much integrity, Dr. Lewis is a husband, a father and continues to lead his family to the things of God. A servant-leader, Dr. Lewis visits the sick, serves bereaved families, is involved in outreach ministry, while coaching and counseling members privately, and encouraging others to remain faithful even in darkest hours. He believes strongly in evangelizing and supporting missionary practices.

In being an honorable man, Dr. Lewis insists that the word of God must not be compromised and others are treated respectfully at all times. Dr. Lewis is always ready to pray and offer kind words of wisdom. Dr. Lewis continues to teach, conduct workshops and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dr. Lewis has a special heart for classroom management and enjoys encouraging students to higher standards and expectations. He is often called upon to participate in various forums and is utilized by area public schools and institutions as commencement speaker and to address disciplinary and conflict resolutions. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Lewis has focused on applying his broad – view approach to education, fulfilling the primary needs of students and clients. Even through highly stressful situations, Dr. Lewis has remained a firm, clear, and consistent force in his students’ lives. Dr. Lewis is the Director of Spirit Lead Consulting Group, Inc. He is an effective mentor who believes that great achievement always takes place within the framework of high expectations. Dr. Lewis’s signature is a combination of his vision to provide hospice care, family counseling, and transitional services to hurting men and women who are victim of domestic and mental abuses within the church.



  • Masters: Attending to the mental health needs of adults suffering from depression and loneliness aggravating to suicidal thoughts.
  • Doctoral: A study of the longer-term psychological effects of divorcees measuring suicidal intent amongst those who survive overdose through efficacy of psychiatric treatment.

On Thursday, September 11, 2014, in Miami Florida, Dr. Lewis received the Student Choice Award for Outstanding Instructor. In 2010, Dr. Lewis received the Boca Raton Public School Award, and in 2012, he received the Post-Secondary Educator of the Year Award. Dr. Lewis is the recipient of many awards and honors for outstanding contributions to communities and education leadership.
