Sherna Spencer is the president and founder of The Law Office of Sherna Spencer, which was established in 1996. The firm has focused on immigration, real estate and the formation of corporations, serving a diverse client base in the U.S. and internationally.  Spencer is a published author and Speaker. She earned a JD from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994 and has studied at the European University Institute (under the auspices of Georgetown University), Nova University, New York University and Le Moyne College. Spencer is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
