Raj(esh) is a native of Southern India. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from New Theological College, India (1995); a Master’s in Philosophy and Religion from Madurai University, India (2002); and Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2007. Raj also earned a Ph.D.in Systematic Theology and Apologetics from Liberty University in 2023.

Raj has been teaching World Religions at SFBC&TS since January 2022 and has been a visiting faculty member at a number of accredited Bible Colleges in India teaching classes on Christian Apologetics, Mission, Evangelism, Theology, and Biblical Studies. In the past, Raj has worked as a staff and Resource Person for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries and Probe Ministries International. Raj is a member of ETS and EPS. Raj also is the co-founder of Crossroads Asia Ministries, a mission organization involved in church-planting, theological education, and compassion ministries in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Pakistan. Raj makes frequent short-term mission trips to these countries.

Raj is married to Alice and they have two children. Raj enjoys mission trips with family and friends, playing badminton, volley-ball, and engaging in apologetic discussion on his FB group known as Worldview Apologetics and his YouTube Channel (Raj Sebastian).
