To the SFBC community,

SFBC Staff and Faculty to Report on Wednesday, Sept. 4; Campus to Re-Open and Classes Resume Thursday, Sept. 5

Due to the projected path of Hurricane Dorian, the following will go into effect for SFBC. Students, faculty and staff should monitor all communication channels, including the webpage (www.sfbc.edu),

  • SFBC classes will be cancelled through Wednesday, Sept. 4. Instructional time missed during these days will be made up later in the semester.
  • Campus to Re-Open and Classes Resume Thursday, Sept. 5
  • All events scheduled to take place on SFBC campus from 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, through Wednesday, Sept. 4, are canceled.SFBC campus will be closed Saturday, Aug. 31, through Wednesday, Sept. 4.

SFBC officials are in contact with the appropriate local and state agencies. In addition to the college webpage (www.sfbc.edu), students, faculty and staff should monitor all communication channels, including email, text, phone and local media outlets.

SFBC will provide periodic updates as information becomes available.
