This fee is non-refundable and is paid once, whether the

Registration remains in effect unless the student becomes
inactive. A new registration fee must be paid for a
student to become active again. "Inactivity" is
defined as follows:
Commuters: Must apply for re-enrollment
within thirty days of the completion of a degree
program.
Distance Learners:
Must apply for
re-enrollment within ninety days of the completion
of a specific group or courses, or segment of a degree
program.

The tuition fees do not include the primary textbook,

10% cash discount is available for the entire program paid
in full in advance. Students must take a minimum of

Doctoral Dissertation Fees
To cover administrative and review expenses, all doctoral
dissertations proposals must be submitted with a
US-$400.00 fee.

via the Internet. Loans are tailored to meet the needs
of part time, full time, and international students.

Refund Policy: Tuition paid in advance is
refundable only upon approved withdrawal from SFBC&TS.
Withdrawal must be in writing. The refund is pro-rated
as follows:
Commuters:
Drop / Add (first week)...........100% refund
Second week of
class..............50% refund
Third week of
class..................25% refund
Fourth week or
later.................No refund
Distance Learners:
A 90% refund is obtainable
upon approved withdrawal, and return of all materials in
undamaged condition within ten days of your receipt.
Withdrawals must be in writing. No refund is
available after ten days.
Registration and application fees are non-refundable.
